OUR STAFF:

Dr. Jiunn-Der Wu, President of East-West Development, Inc., earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from George Washington University. He then practiced as a research scientist at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. While at the Clinic, he was honored with an invitation to lecture in China from the Chinese government. Discovering the immense opportunities available in China during his lecture tour, Dr. Wu returned to the USA and established East-West Development, Inc. in 1980, primarily to specialize in the sale of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals to Asia. Later, EWD expanded its reach into consumer products, general merchandise and educational services. Serving as the President, Dr. Wu travels to Asia numerous times each year. He is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Nancy Gallowan, Vice-President of East-West Development, Inc. earned her B.A. in Political Science/International Relations from Ohio University. She has extensive experience in international sales and marketing, customer relations and export procedures. She is fluent in Spanish and is currently studying Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Ye Ming Li, Chief Engineer of East-West Development, Inc. received his engineering degree from Shandong University of Technology, Jinan, China with a specialty in electrical
machinery and apparatus. He has more than thirty years' experience in a variety of fields including electrical and mechanical engineering, computer engineering, chemicals, plastics and the automobile industry. Mr. Li's experience and skills make him uniquely qualified to help American manufacturing and industrial firms market their products and train international distributors in China as well as source raw material and assembly operations there.
