I. Ratifier:

China International Cyclic Economy Expo (CICExpo) is directly instituted and approved by China State Council (namely China Central Government) as the exclusively authoritative platform for promoting the development and enhancing the international cooperation of China cyclic economy.

IV. The Major Target and Aim:

CICExpo will focus on the aim of effectively accelerating the development of China`s cyclic economy (sustainable economy), and in a full-scale, extending the international technological exchanges and trade cooperation in respect to the comprehensive utilizing of new energy and natural resources, improving the environment protection, as well as encouraging the importation of the concerned modern technology and know-how applied for improving the development of cyclic economy.

V. The Main Content of Exhibition and Cooperation at CICExpo:

1. The technology and achievement of energy-saving and waste-reducing .

2. The technology and equipments of new energy and for comprehensively utilizing natural resources.

3. Technology and products of utilizing recycling energy.

4. Technology and equipment of recycling and utilizing wastewater, waste residue, exhaust gas.

5. Technology and Achievement of utilizing circulated agricultural resources and products deep processing.  

6. Technology, equipment and products of environment protection and pollution treatment. 

7. Material and design of new energy-saving construction material.

8. Technology and demonstration of utilizing circulated resources of civil construction.

VI. The Major Scheduled Activities:

1.Participation in “ Summit Forum on the Significance of Circular Economy to China’s Development”. The forum will invite the high rank officials from China Central Government, world famous specialists, scholars and authorities in the field of circular economy, energy and environment protection, as well as outstanding enterprises to deliver their speeches for probing into the present situation and future development of the world’s circular economy, so as to illuminate the social responsibility towards industry development.  

2. Exhibitors will be exhibiting and demonstrating their technology and equipment at CICExpo.

3. Both the visitors and the exhibitors will be arranged to participate in the “Business Match-up talks” to have one-on-one business talks with those well selected domestic counter-partners in accordance with their business intention and requests for business cooperation.

4. Visit some local outstanding enterprises related in Cyclic Economy field and exchange the possibility by site for cooperation. 

VII. Event Information:

1.  Time: October 23 to 25, 2008

2.  Venue: Qingdao International Exhibition Center

3.  Floorage:  50,000.00 Square Meters

4.  Exhibition Booths: 2,000.00 Standard Booths

5.  Professional Visitors: 35,000.00 (estimated)

6.  Registration: Can be handled by e-mail, fax and on-line. 

VIII. Registration and Check in:

1-1. Registration for visitors shall be handled no later than September 20, 2008.

1-2. Check-in time for all visitors is programmed from Oct. 21 to Oct. 22, 2008 in

Qingdao Haitian Hotel ( 5-star luxury hotel by seaside).  

2-1. Registrations for exhibitors and payment for rental of booth or floor space shall be handled and made no later than September 10, 2008.

2-2. The time of check-in and dispose exhibits for all exhibitors will be scheduled from Oct. 21 to Oct. 22, 2008

2-3. Check-in for exhibitors can be handled at Qingdao Haitian Hotel or at Qingdao International Exhibition Center.

3. The accommodation for both the exhibitors and visitors shall be on their own account with the preferential conference price at Haitian Hotel, the total charge will be only 70.00 Euro/per night, including luxury western styled breakfast buffet. 

IX. Price of Exhibition Booth and Floor Space:

1. Standard Booth(3m×3m):760.00 Euro/per booth.

2. Indoor Floor Space: 70.00 Euro/s.q.m(min.36s.q.m)

3. Free Booth for the first 10 participants
